How it's used
When is coaching insufficient, and how is a client correctly referred to a specialist? Professional stance: recognise the boundary before the client crosses it. Active suicidality, clinical depression, trauma, and psychosis all require licensed professionals. A coach who tries to work beyond their scope doesn't help their client — they endanger them.
