What
Six universal needs driving all behaviour: Certainty, Variety, Significance, Love/Connection, Growth, Contribution.
What for
The central explanatory and diagnostic lens of the entire system.
How it's used
Six universal human needs: Certainty, Variety, Significance, Love/Connection, Growth, Contribution. Every human behaviour is an attempt to meet at least three of these needs simultaneously. Needs 1–4 are Personality Needs (can be met destructively or constructively). Needs 5–6 are Soul Needs (produce lasting fulfillment). The central explanatory model of the entire TR system — applicable in every domain and every session.
