3 Forces of Creation (Focus · Massive Action · Grace)
L2.3 Process FrameworksHow results actually come into being
What
Tony's frame for how any result is created, through three forces: Focus (what you consistently attend to), Massive Action (the quality, quantity and flexibility of what you do), and Grace (the alignment and support beyond your own effort that people describe as luck, God or the universe). It counters the belief that outcomes are produced by effort alone.
What for
Frames how outcomes actually come about beyond pure effort.
How it's used
Used in outcome-oriented and planning work to audit why a result is missing: is the focus scattered, is the action inconsistent or of poor quality, or is the person grinding against something they are not aligned with? It also gives the coach language for the non-mechanical part of achievement — acknowledging Grace keeps ambitious clients humble and prevents burnout logic ('I just need to push harder').
Content
Force 1: Focus — consistent, directed attention Force 2: Massive Action — quality, consistency and flexibility of action Force 3: Grace — alignment and support beyond one's own effort Audit questions: where is focus scattered, where is action thin, where is alignment missing?
