What
Associating a stimulus with an emotional state so it can be triggered at will.
What for
Three applications: state-breaker (S3), resource install (S5), conditioning (S6).
How it's used
Links a resourceful state to a specific physical, auditory, or verbal trigger — so that the state is immediately retrievable on demand. Based on classical conditioning (Pavlov) and Hebb's Law. Three applications: as a state-breaker in Step 3, for resource installation in Step 5, and for conditioning in Step 6. Advanced: Stack Anchoring (multiple peak states on one anchor) and Collapse Anchoring.
