How it's used
Combines Submodalities and Compelling Future: the old trigger image is automatically replaced by a new resource image at neurological speed. Precise application: habit interruption with a clear trigger-response structure. The cue picture (large, close, vivid) is swished — at speed — to the resource picture (expansive, dissociated). Repeated 5–7× until the old trigger automatically activates the new state.
