What
Embedded commands are directives woven into normal questions or statements and marked with a subtle tonal shift — 'as you begin to relax into this…', 'you might notice how easily you could let this go'. The conscious mind hears conversation; the nervous system registers the marked instruction.

How it's used
A sub-tool of the Language macro tool, drawn from the Milton Model. The coach lowers the voice slightly, slows the tempo on the command words, and embeds the desired direction inside sentences the client has no reason to resist. Used to prepare change ('…and change can happen faster than you think'), to deepen states, and to seed possibilities before addressing them explicitly. Ethics track with intention: embedded commands serve the client's stated outcome, never a hidden agenda.
