What
An orientation framework for the deeper personality structures a coach will meet below conscious patterns: archetypal dynamics, attachment styles, shadow material — the organised parts of a person that shape behaviour without ever being spoken. It equips the coach to recognise these structures during deep diagnosis.

How it's used
Used as background literacy in first-step diagnostic work: when a client's reactions are disproportionate or oddly consistent across unrelated situations, the coach considers what structure underneath is being touched — an attachment pattern firing, a shadow trait being projected. The coach works with what surfaces within coaching's boundaries and recognises when material calls for therapeutic referral.
