What
A multi-sensory installation process that anchors a new meaning or decision across all three representational channels — visual, auditory and kinesthetic — simultaneously. A meaning coded in one channel is an idea; coded in three, it is an experience the nervous system treats as real.
What for
Create new associations at multiple levels.
How it's used
After a breakthrough or a new empowering meaning has been found, the coach builds it out in three dimensions: the client sees the new reality in rich imagery, hears the sound and self-talk of it, and feels it in posture and body. The three channels are then fired together repeatedly at high intensity. Used as a consolidation step so that session insights survive contact with everyday life.
