What
The Global Solution is a replacement pattern designed to meet or exceed every need the old behaviour met. Because problems persist by serving needs, removing a behaviour without replacing its full function guarantees relapse — the Global Solution closes every door the old pattern could sneak back through.
What for
Ensure no unmet need pulls the client back.
How it's used
The coach first maps exactly which needs the old pattern met and at what intensity (using the 6 Human Needs and Vehicles). Then, with the client, a new pattern is constructed and tested against the map: does it deliver certainty, significance, connection at equal or higher intensity? Only when the audit shows no deficit is the new pattern installed and conditioned. This audit is the difference between a change that holds and one that quietly reverses within weeks.
