What for
The long-term compass for all coaching work.
How it's used
Used as the long-term compass behind concrete goal work: after urgent problems are handled, the coach lifts the client's view to the nine areas and asks where the deepest hunger for meaning lies. It prevents coaching from collapsing into pure problem-fixing and keeps contribution, growth and spiritual depth in the picture as the actual destination of the journey.
